• Monitor inventory levels of laboratory supplies and request replenishment when necessary.
• Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized laboratory workspace.

• Troubleshoot and resolve equipment malfunctions or experimental issues.

• Plan and prioritize laboratory projects and research initiatives.
• Collaborate with researchers and scientists to support their work.
• Review and approve experimental designs, methodologies, and research plans.
• Monitor the quality and accuracy of laboratory testing and research.
• Oversee safety protocols and emergency response procedures.
• Maintain and update laboratory records and documentation.
• Ensure the proper maintenance and calibration of laboratory equipment.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance laboratory efficiency and capabilities.
• Facilitate communication and collaboration within the laboratory and with external partners.
